On October 19, LOONA dropped the music video for "Why Not," described as an upbeat electro-pop single that commends being free and unique. The song is composed by Ellen Berg, Will Simms, Julia Finnseter, and Sondre Nystrom. SM Entertainment's producer and founder, Lee Soo Man, also took part in its new album. This is the second time this year that he participated in LOONA's comeback, following the track "So What," which was released on February 5.
